Overview

This course is intended to provide an understanding of the process approach to system conformance and assist organizations in preparation for various Management Systems Certification. 

 

Program Details and Objectives

The program consists of a two-day course.  Through extensive instruction and case study, students will gain an understanding on how to develop and validate a process based system.

 

Following the completion of this course; students should be able to:

û Differences between the Customer Oriented Process (COPS)

û Supplier Oriented Process (SOPS)

û Management Oriented Process (MOPS)

û How to identify, measure and validate the efficiency and effectiveness of a process vs. company and customer objectives and targets.
