Overview

This course teaches the principles and practices of effective quality management systems in accordance with the ISO 9000 Series of Standards and ISO 19011:2002, “Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems”. Experienced instructors guide students through the entire audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results.

 

Program Details and Objectives

Course methodology includes lectures, workshops, case studies and student presentations in quality management system concepts, and role play exercises to provide students with practical experience in conducting audits.   Completion of this course requires passing the continual evaluation (participation, attendance and group work), plus passing the final exam process.

 

Following the completion of this course; students should be able to:

û Generate & Prepare Audit Findings and Conclusions.

û Prepare and Present Final Audit Reports.
